Hello my beautifuls!
Me and Nicole had a great day yesterday. First we went for a 1 h and 10 min run and then we went to her house to have B-feast. After that we sat around and waited for the sun to come out. We waited and waited and waited and waited and then...it was sun on her balcony! So we spend the day on her balcony. And sunbathing with Nicole is not only sunbathing, it is a whole science. She has a fan (makes you feel like you are by the sea. Especially making sound effects like waves from the water or seagulls:-)), a water sprayer to cool off, nice sun chairs, sun-oil and sunscreen. It was a nice relaxed day and we were very healthy. Well, until we stopped sun-bathing and we both feel like we had deserved a beer (or two) Haha. But apart from that we were very healthy.
Thank you for yesterday Nicole and I am looking forward seeing you in 45 minutes for a bike ride. We are going to kill that mountain:-) By the end of the summer we will be two down hillers who can`t get enough of the speed.
